I've been going to cosmopolitan nails since the owner was located at French Quaters. Ms. E and her staff are exceptional! This time Lauren and Linda took care of me, very very happy. But to be honest, you can't ho wrong with anyone!
I personally like my Pedi to be a relaxing experience. Music was too upbeat to make it relaxing and they had clients with kids just hanging out there and talking nonstop. I made an appointment a week in advance and granted I was late 5 minutes but then they proceeded to keep me waiting for a whole hour. I wanted to give them the chance to support a POC business. I had such a great experience getting my shellac nails done by Erica! She was so professional, detail-oriented, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, smooth, shiny, and exactly the shape I wanted. Erica made the whole appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable, and you can really tell she cares about her work. Highly recommend her if you want gorgeous nails!
Saw this place on TikTok and decided to stop by last week. I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure by Linda. She was simply amazing and not rough with the care of my feet. I do appreciate that they don’t use the “cheese grater” for your feet they use a more softer tool that provides comfort and protection of your heels. She did amazing job on my toes. However, I think I would just choose a different color next time due to the lack of depth of color from the polish. Besides that’s 10/10 definitely recommend
Had Lauren do my pedicure today. She did a great job! See pic. (Milk and honey pedicure. Love the hot towels!). Check her nails out when you come. Posting this before my nails are complete; but, I have been with Evie for years and she is a TOP professional and is surrounding herself with others who care.)
