Never received my results for my physical and was asked to come numerous times for it but never received it. Then they send me a bill after I gave them all of my insurance information. Every time I had an appointment to receive my records there was always an issue. One time they stalled me and made me wait about 3.5 hours before they told me they didn’t have it.
