Called for the installation of new Air conditioner. It Was excellent. Very professional.
Worst customer service ever- Do not use. Called (on a Thursday) as my 1.5 year old air conditioner was not working. They scheduled someone to come out on the Saturday between 12 and 3pm. Called at noon to confirm my appointment and was told no change to the schedule and someone would definitely be there. I called 2 more times after that and was told yes tech will be coming. 3:00 pm roles around and still no tech. I call back and was told tech had emergency and would not be able to come today. Really? This company called Cosmopolitan Mechanical services owned by Arshad and Faheem, is one of the Worst company you will spend your money with. They will rip you off, or will try to rip you or scam you after they have sold you the Brand new AC.
