Awesome place to stay in the heart of St Kilda! The room we stayed in was immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are amazing particularly Winney & Jayden who went above and beyond to help me with a few issues. If you're looking for a great 'value for money' stay in St Kilda.....this is the place! Keep up the great work!
Fantastic location with spacious albeit dated furniture
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given was not the one I had booked, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. Because of these issues, I requested a refund. The staff told me the refund had already been processed, but when I contacted Booking.com, they informed me that no refund had been issued. I went back and simply asked for proof of the refund—a receipt, confirmation, or any document showing it had been processed. They refused to... read more
