Great location, you can hop on a tram to city right outside the door, and restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly; when we checked out, they even asked if we wanted to storage our luggage there, so we could go enjoy brunch without any hassle.

Worse customer service they won’t even help disable person with luggage and will charge you if you ask them for help. When its busy they want you out so they can have higher rates

Terrible paint job throughout the room, bug on the couch, mattress on the Queen bed needs replacing it literally has indents where it’s been overused. Had to jam my suitcase under the door handle cause the door wouldn’t lock. Light in the kitchen didn’t work! So bloody noisy with the trams going from 5am - 1/2am. Parking is horrible for anything over a matchbox size Didn’t have time to complain in person - we checked in late and left early! Never again

I stayed there to attend the fathers day car show in St Kilda, this hotel was in just the perfect spot to get to the event. I stayed two nights and was quite happy with the room that I had is it a bit out dated yes but it did exactly what I expected gave me a place to sleep and go to the event. I was happy with the price will look at staying there again
