Straight forward but cl an and functional rooms, perfectly situated near the cake shops and restaurants and bars of Ackland St and teams to the city.
Basic hotel rooms. Borderline clean. Tiny bathroom and the water splashed up from the sink onto your clothes due to poor design. Good location but the rooms could do with a refresh.
My flight is delayed. I paid the hotel in advance. Since I Arriving late this hotel won't give me installations how to get in before I pay $150 . Very poor attitude taking into account that I have been staying there frequently .
Sensational location right next to Acland St, Luna Park, and the Palais Theatre. Fantastic view of Melbourne from the 4th floor terrace apartments. The room itself was clean and comfortable (although starting to show its age), but very noisy - I was woken by other rooms flushing their toilet, you could hear people walking in the hall, etc. There is secure carparking for a fee.
