This is less about the service itself and more about the principle. I was given one understanding initially, and it kept changing, which felt inconsistent. I’ve been a returning client and have referred family and friends, so this was disappointing. It feels like something may have changed, possibly management.
JE is amazing, very polite, explained everything in detail before the treatment. During treatment always she asked me if I was okay.
Jenny is a great laser tech! She makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire service. She is fast and effective.
I had a hair laser session with jenny. And she did a really great job i will definitely recommend it
