Excellent Service! – I belong to a national organization and we travel to NYC with our teen members (25) for an annual holiday party. Cosmpolitan COACH is the BEST EVER!!! HANDS DOWN – (Happy New Year Party 2012) Cosmopolitan COACH has alot of competition, but the one thing the competition don't have is FRANK. My family and I have been using his company for over 20+ years. Everyone I know who has an account established with Cosmopolitan COACH never ever had a problem. Expected More – I used Cosmopoliatan Coach for my Prom Night. I had rented a Chrysler 300 which fit up to 12 people greatly. Though, I had a really bad start being that the limo company was late by a half an hour (suppose to arrive at 7) Came at 7:34pm and the fact that they did not even contact me I had to contact them didnt make such a great impression on me on top of that they send two drivers and my Orignal Driver managed to come seconds after the Second Driver had came which me and the Owner had a laugh about. NOT JUST WONDERFUL, BUT MAGICAL!!! – Cosmopolitan Coach took a wonderful night and turned it into a MAGICAL night!!! We planned a surprise 65th birthday party for my mother, and Cosmopolitan Coach was in on the surprise. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, to make sure that we would get to the restaurant on time, but called on my cell to alert me to his early arrival. My mother was surprised! GREAT SERVICE – Dear Frank Deluca, I must thank you for all that you did the help us celebrate our holiday.
