In the late 90s & early 2000 it was a safe place I called home for six years. I never had any issues nor problems with my neighbors in the apartments. The owners took care of building and listened to its tenants. I hope the original landlords are still there, a great Ukrainian elderly couple.
Pretty good place to live at, and I'll give it 4 stars only because the location is super sketchy and getting worse by the day, the city of San Francisco is totally feeding into growing the drug dealing/homeless population and this area is definitely felling the struggle but the building and management itself was always great, I lived in this apartments for 8 years and I would have not left if it was not because I got married and I needed more space but totally a nice apartment building and pretty nice management and mainten... read more
There is a several reason why it's a decent place so far to my experience.Security guard in the night,have not seen insects or roaches any where and a friendly environment..etc
