surprise at a hotel restaurant – In the Hotel Columbia is the surprising Cosmopolitan. Crowded yet very efficiently run, Cosmopolitan has much to offer. I had warm marinated beets with goat cheese and a balsamic reduction on spring greens. Delicious and light. For my main I had a pan seared red snapper fillet on sauteed spinach with new potatoes and morrels with a light garlic, butter and herbal sauce. A nice sized portion that was all I was hoping for.
