While the building manager is responsive and kind and maintenance issues are settled quickly the amount of noise you can hear if you're on any floor but the third is absurd. After talking to a few other residents they feel the same that of course some noise is understandable but the level of noise is just downright disrespectful of all other neighbors. I have not lived here a year yet, but I am loving the building and its location so far - a quiet street within walking to movies, plenty of food and next to a park area, it is a lovely place to live. Regarding the building itself, there is not enough good words to describe how efficiently problems are handled and the kindness with which our manager, Julie, graciously keeps everything running smoothly. Thank you!
Been living here since 2019 and the management and maintenance is great! Julie and Eric are the best. Very prompt, and great at their jobs. Good quiet neighborhood, lots of stores nearby, Highly recommend living here
We lived here for 4yrs.. During this period, we didn't face any issue, great maintenance service for all the service request on the same day or next day. It is well maintained community with multiple security gates. We moved to out of CA, hence need to vacate and manager was very helpful when we moved out. Recommended for stay in Burbank.
