I respect CosmoProf’s policy that professional products can only be purchased by licensed professionals. That is not my concern. My concern is the way I was treated by Sally Jensen. She raised her voice, yelled at me, refused to tell me her name for quite some time, and rudely told me, “You are not our customer. During my recent visit to this Sherman Oaks location, I noticed that the staff were not only unfamiliar with professional products, but also spoke to customers in a very rude and unprofessional way. As licensed stylists, we expect respectful communication and proper assistance when asking product-related questions. It’s disappointing, because Cosmoprof is a trusted place for beauty professionals.
