During my recent visit to this Sherman Oaks location, I noticed that the staff were not only unfamiliar with professional products, but also spoke to customers in a very rude and unprofessional way. As licensed stylists, we expect respectful communication and proper assistance when asking product-related questions. It’s disappointing, because Cosmoprof is a trusted place for beauty professionals.
