The women here have always been so kind and welcoming. I love their customer service!
Visited the Monroeville store today and let me tell you Lori and Dawn got customer service down to a science!!!! I’ve been a stylist for almost 30yrs and typically when I go into a Beauty Supply store the employees are clueless about the products and even more clueless about Tricology! Lori is a walking Master Class!!! Not only does she know her stuff she knows how to clearly covey it and enjoys engaging the customers.
