Carry much needed supplies and very willing to be of assistance .
Downside is it's very difficult to find what you want and often out of what you need as they don't have enough Backstock. Staff very nice and helpful however and clean store.
Good stock of professional supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tasha in the Venice FL store is my favorite. She is so pleasant and helpful every time that I see her.
Maddie is SUPERB! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I thought I had sun spots, nope, melasma! Educated me on that and the right products to help with it. When I went in today, she remembered me and our conversation. Now that's customer service!
I was greeted by a blonde lady that was very rude and kicked me out because l an not a licensed professional. Because of her unprofessional manners l will not be suggesting this place - which l was not even able to check out because l was kicked out - to any of my hairdresser friends.
