I came on a Sunday the store was closed it is 6 to 8 car out here waiting. This is bad for business
Not open for long and it’s a Saturday and there closed for more then an hour for lunch. Schedule more than 1 person for the day. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be going to salon centric from here on out.
Came by today at 5:30 the day before christmas eve to get products for last minute clients who need their hair done in the morning for the holidays to find the doors locked, lights out, and both of the employees standing up front cashing out the registers 30 minutes before close. I was not acknowledged one bit when I attempted to come in.
