5 stars is for Pavan! She is friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience fun and educational! She offered alternative clean haircare products and was honest. She deserves a raise, Cosmoprof team is privileged to have an attentive and wonderful service provider. Thank you Pavan I had a good time chatting with you! Ps. Cosmoprof needs much more ample stock and a wider variety of clean sustainable skincare and haircare products. The brushes/combs supply is lacking. I give the store supply/stock 3 stars.
