Love shopping at this location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go in. They always let me know about promos/deals, help me find what I need, and their product recommendations are always good. Mary, Sam and Sarah are awesome — you can tell they actually enjoy working together and it makes the whole store feel welcoming and positive. Definitely one of the better CosmoProf locations.
The staff at this location are horrible and incompetent. Their mannerisms are atrocious too. They treat customers arrogantly like this is their personal family business. I will definitely not recommend anyone shop at this location.

I’ve shopped at Cosmo Prof for years, and the Dufferin & Steeles location is one of my favorites. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and make every visit a great experience.
