New manager is very rude assumed I was “unlicensed” right away SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention he goes to work sick as a dog And sneezes close to customers.. runny nose with snot coming out of his nose I get everyone gets sick but if so they should stay home and not get others sick! I got super grossed out when he kept coming near me He’s very cocky and rude he’s not fit for management AT ALL.
Date & Time: December 29, 2025, 10:00 AM I visited CosmoProf early this morning because both their website and the sign outside the store clearly state that the shop opens at 8:30 AM. However, even after 10:00 AM, the store was still closed. I had been waiting there for quite some time, and during that period, several other customers came and left because the store was not open.
