I had a wonderful experience at this store! The manager, Lesa, was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to guide me in choosing the right hair and nail products, and her recommendations were spot on. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuine customer service. Thank you, Lesa, for making my visit so enjoyable! I will definitely be back 😊

If I could rate this location 0 stars i absolutely would. I’ve come here several times in the last few months and I’ve been able to purchase something ONCE. Every time I come here the store is closed during OPEN hours. Not a great way to run your business and it sure as heck is not helping us run ours when we have to drive to another city to purchase our products. I’m done coming here to be let down. Unprofessional.

Would give a zero star. Been waiting for over an hour and it’s my 3rd time trying and the door is never open and no one picks up either. Need at least a sign if you can’t make it in

I've never seen a store so incompetent. It's been six months of this craziness. Aren't you guys able to find staff? Obviously there's something wrong with this company if you're unable to keep staff. It's hard to do your job when your supply store isn't open when it says it's going to be.
