I’m a regular customer at cosmo nails, and i think they do a wonderful job on several different services. Today i had a different experience, and im extremely disappointed at the way the staff handled things when i asked that my nails be fixed.
I went in for a Simple gel polish change on my toenails when the technician started before we put my nails under the light to cure I said, can you please get the paint off my cuticles and put the paint on properly he insisted he would do it when he was done Instead of stopping and making it right at the beginning.. I told him throughout the process this does not look good I was ignored. I mentioned to another technician. These are bad and she agreed at the end. He tried to fix it the best he Left with.
