Yesterday was my first time in this salon, I went in for gel x. I’m pretty sure my nails are not supposed to look like this. I told the lady several times that’s too thick but she continued to explain why they look like this. I don’t know her name but she sits at the first table on the left when you come in. So I’ve been back multiple time. I’ve had a great experience and exactly what I wanted every time:) Nye and Annie are the main ones that have done my nails but everyone is absolutely amazing. Y’all go get your nails and toes done! They also last a good amount of time, I type all day everyday and are rough on my nails… not one break:)
Spent 200 nails was loose & off in 2-3 days. Toes were chipped & she cut my foot no apology or discount . Wasn’t about money but service . I live a distance call 3 times came back few weeks later when she told me over phone no problem come on I got you I fix everything . Was rude & nasty had me spent $50 more coming back & she lie a hour later say no can’t help me been over 7 days smfh. Worst service Ever. They Ghetto & loud
I really wish I could give no stars honestly. Hate hate hate hated it. I usually go to one nail salon just because I have history with them. Yesterday I decided to do something new and check out this nail salon that’s closer to me. I will never step foot in there again. First of all, I just got off work and I wanted to relax.
