Yesterday was my first time in this salon, I went in for gel x. I’m pretty sure my nails are not supposed to look like this. I told the lady several times that’s too thick but she continued to explain why they look like this. I don’t know her name but she sits at the first table on the left when you come in. I asked to speak to the manager so someone else can see her work but she said she’s the manager. I told her that in all fairness, she cannot charge me for this but she did. So I’ve been back multiple time. I’ve had a great experience and exactly what I wanted every time:) Nye and Annie are the main ones that have done my nails but everyone is absolutely amazing. Y’all go get your nails and toes done! They also last a good amount of time, I type all day everyday and are rough on my nails… not one break:)

Spent 200 nails was loose & off in 2-3 days. Toes were chipped & she cut my foot no apology or discount . Wasn’t about money but service . I live a distance call 3 times came back few weeks later when she told me over phone no problem come on I got you I fix everything . Was rude & nasty had me spent $50 more coming back & she lie a hour later say no can’t help me been over 7 days smfh. Worst service Ever. They Ghetto & loud

They did a great job on my nails but buyer beware! There is a $20 upcharge just for gel polish on a basic pedicure. And $10 for gel polish on acrylic nails. I love my nails but won't return due to deceptive pricing. No way a pedicure should cost $70 in a neighborhood nail shop

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Cosmo Nail Bar. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standards I expect from a professional nail salon, especially given the pricing. First, the quality of the manicure was disappointing. There is still visible dead skin around my cuticles after the service, which suggests a lack of thoroughness during the prep process.
