I ordered a vitamin B complex from them (cosmo med spa) and overall had a good experience. I didn’t get tracking info at first, which threw me off a bit, but when I reached out about a week later they replied pretty quickly and sent it over. By the time I checked, the package had already made it to my mailbox. Yay. Everything arrived sealed, in good condition, and packed with ice packs to keep it cool, which I appreciated. Very unprofessional and unreliable. The lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.

I placed an order for Latisse. I emailed them asking when it would be shipped and they said next week. They stopped responding to my emails when I asked them to cancel it as it wouldn’t arrive in time. They wouldn’t respond to any emails, instagram or their telephone. I called within the 24 hours of placing my order. Not sure if this is a scam or what but don’t buy from these people.

I was unable to find an option to cancel my order. Their website states that orders can be canceled within 24 hours, but my attempts to reach out for assistance were unsuccessful. No one answered the phone or replied to my emails, and I also tried to contact them through the chat feature on their website, but I had no success there either.
