I was unable to find an option to cancel my order. Their website states that orders can be canceled within 24 hours, but my attempts to reach out for assistance were unsuccessful. No one answered the phone or replied to my emails, and I also tried to contact them through the chat feature on their website, but I had no success there either.
As a loyal customer with more than 5 years of experience in thia medical facial Spa， highly recommend the Silk Peel program which is one of my favourites. The owner Ms. Jennifer was so nice and she can provide lots of good suggestions regarding customers' different situations.
