Natisha is the best!
This is one of the coolest salons I’ve ever been in, but most importantly the staff at Cosmo hair studio is amazing and super dedicated to continue their journey as professional hairdressers, always constantly educating learning something new, stepping out of the comfort zone and achieving nothing but greatness it is such a fresh breath there to walk into such Salon. Keep up the amazing work guys
I’ll post what I asked for vs what I got, make your own judgement. Honestly I thought maybe at the time I was overreacting about how awful it was, but in retrospect I’m quite upset money was paid for this debacle. What’s worse is they assured me this was acceptable for a up-do for a bride for a wedding and that it looked beautiful. I’m so glad I took a picture before leaving (you can see their purple wall in the background I didn’t alter the updo whatsoever it was just this bad!) :( They knew it was for my wedding.
