Tried it out – I tried it due to a gift certificate I recieved for my Birthday. I enjoyed my massage however, the service as a whole was not very good. The atmosphere is not at all up to Galleria standards. If it wasn't for the GC I would have never tried it. My review: move on.
NOT SO COSMO – I totally agree with below review. this is not one of houstons top spas. not in anyway. its a retail store with rooms in the back. literally. i expected more from a galleria spa. the whole set up is a baffle. Go elsewhere.
Expected More.. – Was not impressed with this Galleria Spa. Nice location, okay massage, but the whole spa experience was just below mediocre. Rather go elsewhere. I can get the products I like at other places. Thanks anyway. But I won't be returning. I can't help but think the associates who work there are leaving these wonderful praises. ARE U KIDDING ME? – THIS SPA IS SUCH A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!! From the moment you walk in you are hounded and annoyed to buy products. This woman actually insulted my skin to sell me a facial cream. They don't give you what you want and their charges are way over what a normal person would pay. Parking was a headache. I just expected more out of a salon/spa in the Galleria. Sorry will not be returning!
Great Service – I found out about Cosmo by simply shopping around the galleria. The facial I got left my skin feeling clean and refreshed, the results are amazing. The product they offer is renown around the world and the esthetician is very professional. If you are looking for the perfect facial, request Vilma. She is very proficient in her profession, and really knows how to provide customer service!!
Best Esthetician EVER!! – This was the best Brazilian Wax I have had in forever. I have been to many spa's in Houston and no one can compare to the gentle soft hands of Vilma. I have felt minimum pain compared to other spa's who just yank and pull like no tomorrow. She is very clean and organized. (I will not reveal her secret, you have to go inorder to find out) I highly recomend you to requst Vilma. She is the biggest SWEET HEART!!
GUINOT – I was so amazed they caried guinot, not many spas do. I would Highly Recommend Vilma, she gave me the best facial money can buy, as well as waxing, and a manicure and pedicure. I was so satisfied with my services i booked 3 packages for my mom and sisters. The prices are unbeatable.
Great Customer Care – I have been to Cosmo Day Spa several times now, for eyebrow sculputing, bikini wax, and facials, all by Rosalind. She is Fantastic! She provides a relaxing and comfortable enviorment, and is professional and efficent. Her warm and friendly nature makes you fell like you have known her forever. Cosmo provides excellent customer service, and has many services to provide to clients from a pedicure to botox or permant makeup. I would definitely recommend Cosmo, and specifically Rosalind.
THE BEST SPA – I have been here several times to get threading by Shami, she is amazing on shaping your eyebrows. I highly recomend this place, for it being in the galleria they have wonderful prices. The Staff is friendly, i have been to other spas in the galleria, and thier staff was very snoby. I as well have had Botox at cosmo, and they do a really good job.
