Cosmo Auto Service is an excellent shop for servicing my vehicle. I had to bring in my vehicle when the engine light came on in the dashboard, and the transmission sometimes would not engage. Jomy diagnosed the problem and tried to source the specific part to avoid paying for an entire transmission. Unfortunately, he was unable to order the individual part. I always have a pleasant experience at Cosmo Auto. The people there are decent and honest. Jomi takes his time to explain every detail of what’s wrong with your vehicle and even offers alternative solutions. He never overcharges or adds hidden mechanic or workmanship fees. Even for a woman who barely understands mechanical terms, he explains everything with patience and respect. You can tell he truly has the fear of God and runs his business with integrity.
My car had a lot of problems, especially with the oil pressure sensor or switch. I asked Cosmo Auto service to check the entire car. They repaired my car very nicely and their prices were very low. Anyone who has problems with their vehicles or is told that any expense is too high should go to Costmo and get the work done at a lower rate. I am very grateful to them for fixing my car.
Cosmo Auto Service has been excellent! Jomi is really a trustworthy mechanic. He does a perfect job with diagnosis and only recommends what actually needs to be changed. Really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
