Update to my previous review: The clinic contacted me right away and apologized for the confusion. Since my 16-month-old child did not actually receive a cleaning, they refunded $49. So the basic exam for a toddler this age is $50, while $99 includes cleaning. Thank you to the company for reaching out and resolving this quickly. That said, I do hope they will be more careful at checkout in the future and avoid charging for services that were not provided. There were no prices listed on the website, and no one mentioned the cost when I scheduled the appointment. At the end, we were charged $99 for a simple first exam with no cleaning or X-rays, which felt quite high for such a basic infant visit.

Most importantly, my kids actually enjoy coming here — which is very rare when it comes to dentist visits! They feel relaxed and happy, and that means everything to me as a mom.
