Everything was explained clearly, and the visit itself felt smooth and professional. The only thing that surprised me was the price. There were no prices listed on the website, and no one mentioned the cost when I scheduled the appointment. At the end, we were charged $99 for a simple first exam with no cleaning or X-rays, which felt quite high for such a basic infant visit.
