Cancelled large group order placed well in advance at the very last minute. Live in the area and used to come occasionally, will not be returning
They CONFIRMED our skip order then cancelled LAST MINUTE before our group event because they were out of one type of pop… left our whole group hanging without any food!
A pretty good little neighborhood pizza and donair joint. We had never come here before and didn't want the Tim Horton's fair so we crossed the parking lot and ordered a donair. It was about 8pm when we arrived so it was quiet inside when we arrived. There weren't any pizzas for their version of hot 'n ready but the man at the front counter was really soft spoken and accommodating. Placed an order online at 10:15 pm… well within their advertised hours (open until 11). After going through the full ordering process, I received a blunt phone call: “We don’t deliver, do you want to collect?” I explained I had no way of collecting.
