Store of choice for the following reasons: Wall of product! Customer service checks all my boxes when I have questions for the loud guy, ginger guy, short guy, old guy, tall guy, albino guy, asian guy, hairy guy and the atomosphe is so welcoming that even the customers are willing to share insight. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Cosmic is just a haven for scalpers—buying up newly released sets, clearing out stores, and then gouging customers with absurd markups. This isn’t a real shop; it’s a reseller’s warehouse preying on collectors. Save your money and shop somewhere ethical. Until they change their predatory practices, avoid this place at all costs.
Trent specifically is the best, he makes the store feel so comforting and fun! Usually only go when Trent’s working for the best Pokemon experience!
Cosmic Games is your one stop shop for all TCGs. The staff are really friendly and their trade in value is good so you can get store credit pretty easily. Awesome selection of sealed items but the pricesod sealed products are usually reflective of the market prices and not msrp. Happy with our visit and we will go back again.
