My wife and I were looking for a change in our fitness journey and we are absolutely delighted to have landed at Cosmic. Great community which was incredibly welcoming. Owner and coaches are encouraging, while also kicking you in the butt when needed. Most importantly for me, they are excellent communicators, especially in the beginning. This gym has the most motivating people working there! The workouts can be designed to our preferences while giving the intended effect of the workout. I enjoy going to the classes and meeting everyone!!

Love everything about this gym! Everyone is soo friendly and helpful! I’m getting back into CrossFit after taking a couple years off and I am so happy I found this gym!
