Your guys did a great job during Monday's appointment. They solved my mom's immediate problems by replacing an outlet that was causing partial power failure, while managing to keep her happy in the process. Brownie points for your guys, because she rarely likes or trusts any contractors. ;) She's a little, old lady, trying to balance her priorities with her fixed income. 5 star all the way. Easy scheduling for consult. Joel and technician Juan Comparan came to my home to give an estimate on work I wanted and needed done explaining different ways to achieve my goal. (very nice people by the way) Joel made it very easy for me to communicate with him for any questions or concerns I had throughout the job.
