Highly disappointed. I went through them because they had all these elaborate pretty cakes. I am not a creative person so I left the design process to them. I asked for something fun & whimsy. NOT something that looks like a wedding cake. Guess what I got? The bare minimum & something that looked like a wedding cake. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was repeatedly told to call the shop. As a customer, I feel it’s reasonable to ask for a price estimate and whether an order can be completed before calling to place it.
