This place was a letdown mainly because of the staff attitude. The workers were rude, unhelpful, and acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than guests. What really annoyed me was being forced to buy their socks even though I wasn’t playing at all. I was just accompanying my daughter, yet they insisted on the purchase with no flexibility or common sense. It felt like a money grab rather than a safety policy.
