My AC stopped cooling at the end of June at about 9 pm. We made it through the night as I asked for recommendations from family. A niece told me about Cosmic AC. When I called, they were super kind and understanding of my wanting a quick fix. A repairman came out before noon and we had AC before 2:00. Cosmic is always quick to respond to my calls, even after hours. They got me on the schedule for a technician to be at my house within 3 hours of talking to a rep. The techs are always professional & thorough.

I called cosmic AC after receiving a postcard from then for an $89 summer check. I received an appointment that same afternoon. The tech came in and flushed the pipes in the ac, checked the thermostat and recommended getting a new one (mine was very old and not working well),installed it and then ween out side to check the unit. It needed freon so I had him add that also. Very nice, knowledgeable man Did the job quickly and nearly. I have used Cosmic for years and am always pleased with their work.

Arron and his team never disappoint. They find ways to prioritize your service requests and complete the tasks to satisfaction. I've been with them for probably 15 years covering 3 houses we've moved in, and they have provided quality service. Unless I have a reason to move to another company, I won't.
