Great Service, Great Help, Great Gear – Cosmic in Florence is filled with cute boys and girls who will jump (literally lol) at the chance to help their customers. They are always willing to show me anything that would interest me, however bizarre my request might be. They can build skateboards there and also have pre-assembled ones. worst customer service ever – i bought my son a dc hat the store clerk failed to tell me if you take the price tag off it cant be exchanged all he said is keep the receipt for exchanges i would not recommend this store they do not care about there customers
