Staff were constantly harassing us asking us if we needed help and we said no just browsing every time. We were asked about 5 times in the space of 5 minutes treating us like we were trying to steal something. Felt very rude even though it was clear we were just swatching products. Would not recommend, go to a proper store instead.

Went here on 5th October 2025 and asked if a skincare product was for bleaching/lightening. The staff told me no, but when I got home the packaging clearly said to stay out of the sun for a week massive red flag. After looking it up, I found out the brand has been linked to banned bleaching ingredients that can damage your skin. I’m actually so annoyed because I was lied to and overcharged — they took £41 off me for that, a small Echo Gel (like £3.99 normally), and a vape.
