Tried to post this a while ago and it was conveniently delete..Very suspicious. The "manager" is the rudest lady I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.All my friends have all said the same! We defiantly will not be going back here anymore👎 Shame
They were brilliant with my 5yr old daughter who desperately wanted her ears done and then got frightened at the last minute . Her patience with my daughter was brilliant, even thought I ended up with a third set to show my daughter it doesn't hurt...lol
Got my nose pierced and it was the most traumatizing experience, went back weeks later to buy some new studs I was sold two different sized studs when I took them back to swap the girl said no swapping unless faulty which it clearly was but she wouldn't even look at it just smirked and dismissed me .. would not recommend this shop, customer service is terrible.
