I cannot recommend Cosmetic Laser Solutions MedSpa in Stoneham enough! I am 54 years old and have typical aging skin challenges. A few years ago, I tried Botox at another local med spa and the results were terrible! I didn’t look like myself and it was very evident that I had had injections. From the first consultation with Norma, my experience has been professional, transparent, and incredibly welcoming. Horrible experience. Had Botox three weeks ago and have been cross eyed for two weeks now, not to mention a completely drooped eyelid. It’s Very hard to hold my left eye open, can’t play pickle ball or drive or anything safely because of double vision. Just in time for the Summer….. never again. horrifying.
I have now had multiple services and I can't say enough about how technically adept Norma is at all the different machines. I had two sessions of Microneedling with exosomes and my skin is so much tighter. I also recently had Agnes RF to fix my jowls. I was so hopeful and I have to say Norma exceeded my expectations and in my particular case - wiped them out completely and I couldn't be more thrilled. Norma is the best! I’ve seen her over the years for many different things but most recently to treat the sun damage / dark spots / sun spots on my chest with the IPL. It was one appointment, and even though I’m a big baby, it was pretty pain-free. Norma is always prompt and gets right to it; she’s also a wonderful person to talk to. She’s definitely on the cutting edge of all different treatments and I love seeking her advice on what to do next.
Great experience overall. Took no time at all and was walked through the procedure. My subaceous hyperplasia bumps were smaller in size after first visit.
