I cannot recommend Cosmetic Laser Solutions MedSpa in Stoneham enough! I am 54 years old and have typical aging skin challenges. A few years ago, I tried Botox at another local med spa and the results were terrible! I didn’t look like myself and it was very evident that I had had injections. I have now had multiple services and I can't say enough about how technically adept Norma is at all the different machines. I had two sessions of Microneedling with exosomes and my skin is so much tighter. I also recently had Agnes RF to fix my jowls. I was so hopeful and I have to say Norma exceeded my expectations and in my particular case - wiped them out completely and I couldn't be more thrilled. Norma is the best! I’ve seen her over the years for many different things but most recently to treat the sun damage / dark spots / sun spots on my chest with the IPL. It was one appointment, and even though I’m a big baby, it was pretty pain-free. Norma is always prompt and gets right to it; she’s also a wonderful person to talk to. She’s definitely on the cutting edge of all different treatments and I love seeking her advice on what to do next.

Update*** A year after my under eye treatments with Scarlet and Agnes which I was very happy with, I started a preventative skin treatment package for lifting and tightening of my face. At 39, I’ve been told I look young for my age, but I noticed my skin not as taut as it used to be- naturally. I wanted to start with a solution and invest in my skin health. Norma is amazing! So informative and described treatment in depth. I had the Skin Tightening No Downtime Medical Grade Peel. The results were immediate and the process was very quick. I have sensitive skin and had no reactions during or after treatment. I am AMAZED at how it made me feel brighter and lighter. Fine lines were diminished and I look 10 years younger! I highly recommend to anyone looking for immediate results for a special event.
