Dr. AZZAM and her husband ZUBI have been working on my mouth. Accepting Workers Comp. They did implants on my TOP MOUTH.. They also made the teeth for my bottom. Implants.. Which broke after some years. DR.AZZAM Explain to me that they would have to take the teeth out and make new implants on the bottom. they WOULD accept the workman's comp. After a couple of visits and exams I get a call from Dr.Azzam saying that they NO longer will accept work must come. She stated. I had to find another Dentist. This dentist office has the WORST customer service on the planet! The fake receptionist has a horrible attitude problem and they do not care about their patients. They refused to answer my questions, they yelled at me for asking questions, and after PRE-scheduling an appointment for 12/14/23, the nasty/fake receptionist called me on 12/13/23 to say she was canceling my appointment for no reason at all. STAY AWAY!!!! PAID 25K FOR A TEMPORARY DENTURE WITH IMPLANTS!!!! THEN WANTED ANOTHER 20K TO GET A REAL DENTURE! THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES DENTURE AND TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK IN MY MOUTH. THEY ADJUSTED IT DOWN TO THE METAL GRATE AND IT WAS CUTTING MY GUMS. TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 6K FOR A NEW ONE BECAUSE SHE WAS DONE WITH ME. REFUSED TO GIVE ME COPIES OF TREATMENT PLAN.
