I would just like to say, I had the most amazing experience with Dental Professionals of Fair lawn. I called them as a new patient and the woman that answered the phone was so pleasant and helped me immediately. I had a severe toothache and they got me right in. They told me to come right down and they would take care of me. I got to the office and the staff was so friendly and caring. The worst experience we'd ever had – he worst experience we'd ever had. On the first visit to the office, we agreed to pay full cost of the invisalign in 4 credit card payments automatically withdrawn by the office. We were assured that insurance would cover 80% of the cost. As I was pointed out later, the office courteously filed the claim on *their* behalf to the insurance. 2 months later after I started calling to follow up on reimbursement, I've been told that the office had done "everything right", but my insurance had ... read more
