I arrived at 6:50am and I was asked to leave and to come back at 7:00am because it's private property!

Have nothing to Complain about. I arrived 2 hours before time and was given a dock right away. Was loaded in less than 2 hours. Nice people too. Keep up the good work.
Working for this company was the biggest mistake of my career. Leadership is pathetic. Work environment is incredibly toxic. Pay is awful. Benefits Awful. Management who have high salaries but don't show up for work and don't care about their workers, while people who make a third of what they make put in more hours. Please do not work for this company. McDonalds would be a big step up from this place. They have such high turnover because its immediately obvious management doesn't care a single bit about their workforce.
