The clinic failed to provide the required Medicare details on the Sullivan Nicolaides pathology form, resulting in me being incorrectly charged for pathology. I contacted the clinic, explained the error and forwarded the invoice, but unfortunately nothing was done. A month later, I was contacted by debt collectors, which was extremely upsetting and entirely avoidable. Great staff, professional and clean waiting room and consultation rooms. Very recommended
After seeing multiple skin doctors and wasn’t happy with their service, I tried Dr Albert. The receptionist was so lovely in squeezing me. I was nervous on the outcome of a sunspot on my face and he greeted me with kindness and compassion. The after care was tailored to my needs being a bit of a distance from Toowoomba. Just had a check in appointment today and the service was at the same standard. Thank you to the staff and Dr Albert for being so accommodating!
Great service and friendly staff highly recommend My husband and I attended to have our skin checks done today 10/6 and Doctor Micheal was thorough with his checks and explained things to us well will definitely be going back for our annual skin checks with him again when they are due
Doctors, manager Krystal, admin and nursing team are brilliant. Made to feel welcome and supported every visit. See you all again soon
