Horrible. She made me pay for my root canals out of pocket because she said my insurance doesn’t full cover me. When I called my insurance they said that I should have never payed because my insurance covers me for root canals, wisdom teeth, and crowns. Now she messed up 3 of my root canals, and caused them all to be infected and me to have to get them fixed by an endodonist. Can’t believe I ever trusted her with my teeth and she played me like this.
I do not recommend.
I had the worse experience with this dentist had a crown done and it kept falling out had to go three times to get put back in after third time I was done
Avoid! She is only interested in money, pushing for more expensive procedures, even though they are not needed. Overcharges on top of that for basic services. AVOID!
What a great dental experience! This was my first visit to Dr. Arden’s office. Everyone was extremely nice, professional and helpful. I can definitely recommend this office.
