From the moment I stepped through the door it seemed as if the staff was set on making my experience stress free and painless as possible. The service was second to none.The dentist and her assistant during the whole procedure of my extraction was patient and very hospitable.I think they were born so to speak to do what they do best.
Stacey did her usual gentle cleaning. Dr Wood was very professional & confirmed another crown is in my future. Thank you everyone for a pleasant dental experience!
I was concerned that I had chipped or cracked a tooth with a crown. I left a text for the practice late and the next morning before 9, they called and gave me a non-urgent appointment that afternoon. The office staff is well trained, provided me with excellent service immediately. The dental assistant escorted me to the examination room where the doctor joined us within 5 minutes. The doctor gave me an exam and provided the necessary repairs. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
