Worst... I made an appointment over the phone with Kelly, after discussing we've changed our mind and called the office and Kelly tried to say my partner's name and she had the confidence to cut off halfway through with "whatever" like Kel-whatever... I just wanted to confirm she cancelled the correct appointment. Then with a blunt low voice she almost said "that's the only appointment I got today" and HUNG up the call on me.
