The help was useless, and the manager was rude and very unprofessional
I have loved going to this store when I'm in Charlotte but I'm pretty unhappy today because they never told me a purchase I made was not reputable or exchangeable. The product was brought back to exchange two days after purchase because the lighting was dramatically misleading and when I actually saw the product I realized how unwearable it was for me and how I had been given the wrong advice. Untouched, unopened product but no recourse makes me want you to know: BUYER BEWARE.
