I had my 2016 Ram 1500 repaired by them (body work) Four months later, the rear right panel rusted not their fault. Ram is infamous for having panels at rust. On my previous repair with them, it stated on the invoice that they do not cover or guarantee rust repair. When I brought my vehicle back, Billy was kind enough to cover and repair the rust absolutely free. These guys do amazing work and they go above and beyond for their customers!! I greatly appreciate The men and women at cosmetic auto trim! Thank you
They told me a simple paint job on corner bumper only was going to take 2 days it took 4 days they pushed it to closing time on the 4th day the paint didn't match, then to my surprise my fuel tank was completely empty I did not bring it in empty but somebody obviously was driving around?
Brought my Jeep for the second time and once again I was left happy with the results. Thank you Billy and Staff for the amazing work. I only trust and recommend Cosmetic Auto!
