Very disappointed by the customer service here. My mother was referred by the hospital to come here and the service from Christopher was just extremely dismissive and rude from the start. My mother has 5 broken fingers and he said "There's nothing we can do here. Come back when you have insurance. Why did you even come here?" There was no conversation about financing options available. She asked about any X-rays and he scoffs and says "we don't even have a machine here." I had a really good experience with Dr. Michael Cheung and his entire team. After my work-related accident involving my nose, I was honestly very nervous and scared about everything. Dr. Cheung took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and make me feel confident that I was in good hands and that the results would be great. Dr Low and Dr Cheung have been an awesome team to work with. I have been attending CRS since 2023 when diagnosis of breast cancer . They have coordinated my care and still seeing and Dr Low does amazing work. And has been a great support.

I had my breast augmentation and lift at CRS Plastic Surgery and I could not be happier with my results and most of all, with the office itself. Dr Low and Dr Cheung were both so attentive and supportive through my entire process. Everyone from front staff to surgical staff was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable. I love results! During my consultation they insisted that both Dr. Low and Dr. Cheung would be present to do my surgery to “save time and some money.” I have two entirely looking breasts, not the size I was hoping for and two completely different nipples. I waited 2 years to see if there would be any change and that maybe I was being impatient but I’m very disappointed with the results being that this was so expensive. I will be going to a new surgeon to have them fixed because of how unhappy I am with the results.
