Brian Wells and Cosmelye did a fantastic job preparing, marketing and selling our dad's house. They were pro-active, responsive to our needs, and they effectively advocated for us at the negotiating table. I live far from the house, and it was super helpful to have Brian and Cosmelye offering to keep an eye on the place and make sure it was always accessible and that I was aware of any issues.
