I have been going to *************************** for over a year now. I have had the 10 treatments for my abdomen and now ending facials. At first things were not communicated very well, appt. wise. I haven't come up against the old bait and switcheroo in a long time, but I did with this place. I responded to an online $99.00 cryoskin " special".. I paid the $19.00 " deposit" to hold my spot, drove 2 hours and used up $35.00 worth of gas. The office had already changed my appointment from 1:00 to 12:00 and the owner was still 15 minutes late. So on ******** they were running a special for $49. You can get a laser hair removal treatment $19 deposit so I put $50 to pay the whole thing off while I get there and she has me fill out a form stating that I nonrefundable deposit and all that so then she brings me out back and tells me that in order to use my $50 towards the laser hair removal. I need to buy a package which starts at $800 so therefore shes got my $50 and I never got the service. This is shady practice
