I had the most amazing facial experience! Kate was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to explain everything and tailor the treatment to my skin, which I loved. A special mention to Nurse Tayla as well—such a beautiful presence and so professional. Absolutely exceptional service, from initial communication through Kate to the actual appointment with Taylah. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better service at a clinic ! Taylah was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a technical way that I really appreciated, and made me feel very secure. Kate and Taylah were both very warm and empathetic when talking either by email, phone or in person, I could rave on and on and on. Will literally never go anywhere else 🤣
