I just learned about and tried this for the first time today with my family, and thanks a lot family, this place is awful. It's apparently McDonald's attempt at making a coffee shop to compete with Starbucks, except the food is much worse than both Starbuck's food and McCafe's own food, and also there's no place to actually sit down and drink the coffee like you'd expect with basically every other coffee shop. Not that the Garish McDonald Colorfulness makes for a good atmosphere anyway. Don't waste your time on this.

The employees are all very friendly and helpful if you are still learning the kiosk purchases. But I really wanted to say that it’s real fruit they use and several natural ingredients in their drinks and if you don’t feel 100% but still have to go to work, grab one of these juices and you’ll feel better soon!! I feel like this needs to be explained in a commercial!!

Sugary drinks and sugary junk food. No wonder so many people have diabetes. No tables or restrooms. Just order your sugar and leave. I recommend drinking water instead of this stuff.
