Fabulous customer service. I walked in and was greeted right away. I explained what I was looking for and that I would be installing the flooring myself. The customer service provider gave me multiple options and talked me through how the flooring works. I am so happy I chose to go there; I felt seen, heard, and that I was a valued customer even though my flooring project was a little one and I’m on a budget. This will be the first place I return for all my future home projects.
0 stars! Absolutely horrible store. Bad customer service!! Remember to stick with big brands like loews and home depot where customer service and convenience is at the top. No need to support local or smaller crappy businesses!!
